Hosting an outdoor event is rarely a breeze, especially in winter when freezing temperatures and a lack of sunlight threaten to bring an early end to the event.

With the right equipment, however, it's easy to ensure the event is pulled off without a hitch. We're talking about seating, lighting and heating equipment.

    Keeping everyone comfortable

Start by considering our range of outdoor seating and tables. We've got a number of options, all of which can be easily transported to and from the event. Of course, you'll need more than just seating.

With heating, ventilating and cooling gear, you can easily bring a space to the correct temperature. Heating equipment can be especially useful in cool indoor locations.

Lastly, toilets and showers provide the necessary amenities no matter the occasion, or location.

    Lighting up the space

Hosting an event after dark? Then lighting equipment is going to be essential to ensure everyone can see what they're doing. Flood light stands are a suitable option for direct lighting, while balloon light towers are perfect for illuminating as large a space as possible. Lighting towers are another useful option for larger outdoor events where a substantial amount of light is required.

    Cooking and refrigeration

For events with food and drinks, we have a number of options. Our BBQs are large enough for commercial applications, and they're also useful for fundraising events. It may pay to investigate a trailer if transport will prove to be an issue.

Car fridges can make it easy to keep items cool, and can be easily transported where required.

    Supplying power

While most venues will have a readily available source of power, even outdoor fields and stadiums, how can you power equipment at remote locations? The answer lies with portable generators, the pieces of gear that can be moved where necessary, and supply energy to lighting equipment, cooking appliances and other systems.

Generators range in size from tiny wheeled units through to medium and large units that can supply a substantial amount of power. Silenced generators are another useful option.

We've got a number of useful pieces of equipment that are perfectly suited to outdoor events, and they've got the durability and reliability required. Speak to Kennards Hire before planning your next event or work project.
