After 60 years of being in business, Kennards Hire is still expanding its horizons and opening in new areas across Australia.
Karratha in Western Australia is the next town to see a Kennards Hire branch open the doors. And what an exciting time to be making this happen, too!
Karratha has recently been battling economically with businesses leaving town and with the downfall of the mining industry, more are set to make the move away. Kennards Hire are bucking this trend and moving in, investing in the town with intentions to be very involved and supportive of the community. That's just one of the reasons why Kennards Hire is set apart from the competition - we make the effort to keep our valued customers at the forefront of change and ensure they're always looked after in the best possible way.
How has this move come about?
Kennards Hire has merged with Lion Hire in Karratha, providing a wide range of products and excellent customer service. The staff and previous owners of Lion Hire are joining the Kennards team and bring with them all of their local knowledge and expertise.
Along with the staff and owners, there will be an expanded inventory of fantastic tools and hire equipment to select from. Whatever your needs around the city, the new Kennards Hire branch will be there to help with anything to make it all run smoothly. From mining to heavy construction, and even DIY projects around the house, you'll find everything you need, as well as expert advice, at Kennards Hire.
What's going on in the Kennards Hire world?
Kennards Hire has recently launched a new eCommerce website where customers can browse, order and pay online.
In addition to growing their brick and mortar stores, Kennards Hire has recently launched a new eCommerce website where customers can browse, order and pay online.
This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Due to the size and remoteness of Karratha, the new website will be a beneficial addition to the services Kennards provides. Customers won't have to come from the country to see if we have just what they need - simply look online and make sure we've got the right equipment.
With the addition of the Karratha Branch to the Kennards family, Western Australia now has 18 branches statewide. Where other major hire and construction businesses are shutting down in Western Australia, Kennards Hire continues to support and invest in local communities.
