Kennards Hire opens in Dubbo

Kennards Hire has opened a new hire centre in Dubbo in regional NSW.

The outlet in Wheelers Lane (phone: 02 6826 7000) caters for tradesmen, contractors, businesses and home renovators with a wide range of tools and equipment for building, landscaping and many other jobs.

Kennards, which is Australia’s largest privately owned equipment hire company, now has 124 branches covering all states and territories.

National general manager Bill Whitehouse said the company’s success was due to it continually striving to provide customers with the highest quality equipment and service.

“Our focus on quality has seen Kennards named Hire Company of the Year by the national industry association three times within the last decade,” he said.

“Our presence in Dubbo will give hirers a choice, which can only lead to higher standards all around.”

Mr Whitehouse said Kennards was defying economic “gloom and doom” talk by opening in Dubbo.

“A lot of businesses are putting off expansion plans, but we believe tough times also give you an opportunity to show customers what you are made of,” he said.

The equipment range at the new hire centre includes many large items such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, Bobcats, excavators, site sheds, toilets and electronic message boards.
