QR codes at Kennards: An industry first

Have you ever hired a piece of equipment, but upon getting to the worksite had no idea how to use it? Or perhaps you've seen a number of your apprentices wrestling with trash pumps on the brink of certain disaster?

Regardless of the situation, Kennards now has you covered with an industry-first tool. Our equipment for hire now have QR codes to provide you with all the information you need at the press of a button.

All you have to do to gain access to this data is scan the code on the piece of equipment. This will load straight to a portal screen, giving you access to the relevant operator instructions, safety manuals and videos and even the service history.

The end goal is to ensure that our customers know what they're doing, they get home safely each night and, ultimately, that they get the job done!

It has become a very popular feature and a point of difference, as we currently have more than 2,500 scans a month from tradesmen and home renovators alike, learning how to use the equipment properly and safely.
