Kennards Hire has plenty of equipment for concrete cleaning and cutting, one of which is the concrete trowelling machine.
This machine enables a professional finish while maximising productivity. It's also designed with your comfort in mind, including travel wheels for easy transportation.
Power trowels are designed to finish concrete off for a very hard and durable surface, putting a hard skin onto the surface of the concrete.
Small holes and high spots can be levelled off with trowels, although a floor will usually be laid, levelled and compacted before you use one.
Timing is important for a good job. Ideal weather conditions are warm dry days, whereas cold damp days will be of the most hindrance.
The concrete must be sufficiently hardened before trowelling too, as it has to be able to support the weight of the machine and the operator. When your footprints leave indents of roughly 3mm then it is likely the concrete is ready.
If not, the machine may damage the surface, but if the concrete is too hard, the trowel won't be able to operate as it should.
