Kennards Hire branches are open and customers are encouraged to use our contactless, Click & Collect service where possible and wear a face mask when visiting a branch.
Western Australia
Kennards Hire branches are open and operating as normal. We continue to follow all government advice in regards to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and people, and ask that customers use the QR code sign in process when coming into a branch.
Northern Territory
Kennards Hire branches are open and operating as normal. We continue to follow all government advice in regards to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and people, and ask that customers use the QR code sign in process and wear a face mask when coming into a branch.
Queensland
Kennards Hire branches are open and operating as normal. We continue to follow all government advice in regards to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and people including QR code sign in and the use of face masks in government mandated suburb areas.
Click & Collect and Contactless Service
To provide you with the same service and product range you can count on, our simple click & collect and contactless service is available across our network where required to help keep you safe and make your job easy:
- Using 'click & collect' or 'phone & collect' helps to save you time when you need to get things moving on that urgent job.
- Our contactless in-branch and delivery service helps limit physical contact between our teams and customers.
- Social distancing is still one of the best ways to keep yourself healthy, so if you have to come into a branch, maintain social distancing and follow all guidance from our team members.
- If you are able to wear a facemask, please do so.
- If you are required to check in using Government QR codes, please be prepared to show us confirmation.
- While wearing gloves, we'll take care of everything - including starting, loading, or placing equipment in your vehicle.
- All equipment is individually cleaned and disinfected between every hire for your safety.
- If your equipment is being delivered to site, our driver will drop it at a pre-determined spot at your designated location. Call once you have completed your job and we’ll confirm the pick-up location.
- All our branches have a registered COVIDSafe plan and we continue to follow all government guidelines as they apply to our business, our customers and the communities we work and live in.
