Energy efficient windows in homes and offices can mean avoiding unwanted cold in winter and additional heat in summer. As we enter swiftly into the cooler months, this is a feature that homeowners, builders and business owners may want to consider implementing into builds and renovations.

Keeping yourselves, your family and your employees warm this winter is a must for many of us, and glazing is a simple, cost effective way to achieve this. All windows can be replaced easily enough, especially with the use of a cherry picker for second and third storey windows.

Depending on the direction of a room and its windows, glazing may only be required in certain areas - so it's important to identify these to avoid any additional costs that aren't particularly beneficial.

Once glazed windows have been fitted, complement these with frames that are designed for optimum insulation value such as aluminium and timber frames.

Don't waste another dollar on excessive gas and electricity bills trying to keep your house or office warm this winter - invest in glazed windows and reap the rewards to a comfortable home or workspace.
