A real benefit of having concrete flooring is its durability and the fact that it is one of the easiest flooring materials to clean.

Unfortunately that doesn't mean that you will never have to deal with concrete cleaning, as this type of flooring is just as capable of building up layers or dust and dirt as carpet, vinyl, tiles or timber.

Both the equipment and advice on hand at Kennards Concrete Care can help you to keep these areas in top shape.

It is suggested to use sweepers and scrubbers periodically to avoid the gradual build up of dirt, grime and residues - especially if the flooring is under busy work areas - which can avoid the need to take more serious approaches to cleaning in the future and potentially damage the concrete.

Having the right equipment is important for a spotless floor, as it can essentially remove all stains and make an old area look brand new.

Scrubbing equipment uses detergents and degreasers to do the job, and are best utilised against areas that have a build up of fats, oils and grime.

Sweepers on the other hand are for dry areas that accumulate dust and other materials. These machines can sweep up to 10,000sqm/hr, offering maximum efficiency and immaculate floors.
