As well as ensuring you have the perfect outfit, hair and make-up, there are a few other steps you can take if you want to copy Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding in your own garden.

    Wall of white flowers

While your garden DIY may not stretch to include the decadent white wall of flowers that KimYe posed in front of, you can use this as inspiration.

If you have some time up your sleeve before the big day, you could consider building a pergola and using climbing plants to give it that floral look you desire.

Similarly, these climbers can be encouraged to grow up a fence or wall, providing you with that picture perfect look.

Stephanotis or Madagascar Jasmine is an elegant choice that features a light perfume and star-shaped flowers. This works well in tropical climates.

Clematis is another great option for cooler climates, although its flowers can sometimes be more of a soft pink than pure white.

    Photo booth

Social media site Instagram has been inundated with photos of guests from the photobooth. If you have space, you could create your own in your back garden.

Simply construct a box from wood to make a small room. Kim and Kanye's booth was painted white, so you could follow suit. It is easy enough to paint these walls.

    Buffet dinner

Naturally, the KimYe wedding featured a seven tier cake as well as plenty of other tasty goodies along a 70-metre banquet table.

While this might be a touch extravagant for your backyard nuptials, it is important to plan how you will feed your guests.

A banquet table is a great option to consider and you may also want to think about how you will keep all that food hot.

A generator could be just what you are after and it is a great way to ensure your guests have plenty of hot water for those cups of coffee and tea.
