Work safely at heights this autumn with scissor lifts

If you've got a dangerous overhanging branch to cut down this autumn, or an exterior paint job to finish on the second story of your house - approach the job safely with the help of a scissor lift!

Instead of getting a friend to hold your extension ladder or getting scaffolding set up outside your house, you can opt for the services of a mechanical lift to help you reach the required height.

Kennards has a variety of scissor lifts available, reaching between 19 and 43 feet, depending on the unit you hire.

One or more people can work safely on these platforms, with larger scissor lifts including an extending deck for times when extra work space is needed.

The smallest scissor lift (19ft) can be used for applications such as painting and cleaning, overhead lighting and plumbing installation/maintenance, sign installation and other general overhead work.

The lift also can be driven while the work platform is still elevated and is equipped with automatic pothole safety protection.

You can walk into your local hire centre to view the range of scissor lifts, with other access equipment such as cherry pickers and boom lifts available for hire.
