CHAINBLOCKS - MANUAL
Chainblocks use a block and tackle system of pulleys with chain threaded between them to lift heavy loads. An anchor point located above the load with a safe working load exceeding the lifting capacity of the chainblock is required for mounting the chainblock. The raising or lowering of the load is manually control by pulling on the appropriate chain. Manual chain blocks are available in a range of capacities and lengths.
