2 Hour Delivery Window Promise
Your time is money. That’s why you can expect a 2 hour window, based on the time you & your branch agree on for a delivery, otherwise we will waive the delivery fee.
Priority Delivery Run
Book before 3pm the day prior and your delivery gets bumped up to the priority Trade Run the next day. So if you know what you need upfront, take advantage and call your local branch.
Swap and Service Onsite
We know sometimes things can go wrong, so whether you need a different piece of equipment or experience a breakdown, we will swap or service the equipment onsite that has let you down.
Immediate Response
When things go wrong on the jobsite, we offer round the clock support to ensure you always have the backup you need. Our 24/7 assistance helps you get the job done, so you can rely on us when you need it most.
Express Load and Go
On the move and need equipment ASAP? If you call ahead your branch will have your equipment clean, checked, safe and ready to go. We know time is money, so stay put while we load your equipment in your vehicle.
Convenient Drop Off
We offer flexible drop offs within 50km of the branch you picked up from (excludes towable items and vehicles). This means minimal interruption to your busy work schedule and more convenient locations for you.
Single Point of Contact
We know you have a busy schedule, that's why we offer a Local Single Point of Contact to organise all the equipment you need across multiple locations. Your local branch has your back in hire, no matter whatever, whenever or wherever you need it.
Never Run Out Trade Range
Take advantage of our selected trade specific range of products – full serviced, quality items available whenever you need them. We never run out, no matter how large or demanding the job.
After Hours Access
Life can get busy, we get that! So if you can’t make it back within our trading hours, we have After Hour access, with a pin provided to organise drop off. Only available at selected branches.
Subject to the details attached to each benefit, Kennards Hire will endeavour to provide the high standards of service outlined in these service benefits at all times. Notwithstanding this, extenuating circumstances may occasionally result in difficulty or failure to meet the parameters of a specific benefit. In these circumstances the Kennards Hire service representative will communicate any foreseeable issues as they become apparent.
