    Marketing Terms and Conditions

    Subject to the details attached to each benefit, Kennards Hire will endeavour to provide the high standards of service outlined in these service benefits at all times. Notwithstanding this, extenuating circumstances may occasionally result in difficulty or failure to meet the parameters of a specific benefit. In these circumstances the Kennards Hire service representative will communicate any foreseeable issues as they become apparent.

    1) Two Easy Weekend offer is 1 day off a weekend hire and minimum 1 day charge as follows:

    a) Weekend - offer 2 days hire for the price of 1 day.

    i) Hire after 3pm on Friday, return by 9am Monday 

    b) When a public holiday falls on a Monday or a Friday - 3 days hire for the price of 2 days (or weekend offer).

    i) Hire after 3pm on Thursday (when the Public Holiday falls on a Friday), return by 9am Monday

    ii) Hire after 3pm on Friday (when the Public Holiday falls on a Monday), return by 9am Tuesday 

    c) Easter Long Weekend - 4 days hire for the price of 3 days (or weekend or long weekend offer).

    i) Hire after 3pm Thursday return by 9am Tuesday

    2) The offer applies exclusively to the hire rate for general hire products (excludes waivers, delivery, specialist products and consumables).

    3) The offer is valid only on hires spanning a single weekend or long weekend.

    4) The offer is redeemable in-branch and online, subject to availability.

    5) Rate includes daily allowances for the duration of the hire.

    6) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, custom rates (applicable to Account Customers), discounted rates (applicable to Account Customers), promotion or discount code.

    7) Kennards Hire reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

    8) Customers may use the After Hours Return service in combination with this offer, provided equipment is returned by the agreed return time and date.

    9) The After Hours Return service is only available at selected branches. To check if your branch offers the After Hours Return service speak to a Kennards Hire team member or visit the Kennards Hire website.

    10) The offer is available to customers of Kennards Hire Australia and New Zealand.

    11) The offer is only available in branches in the region in which the public holiday has been declared.

    12) The offer is valid from October 2024 until further notice.

    Eligibility: The Kennards Hire Customer Staff discount are available to selected customers.

    1. Customer promotional codes are only valid for the duration of the customers contract with Kennards Hire
    2. The offer is valid online and in-store. In-store purchases must quote the promo code and prove you work with the designated customer to be eligible.
    3. In no circumstance is the discount code provided redeemable for cash or credit.
    4. The discount is only available on Kennards Hire retail rates.
    5. This offer cannot be used in combination with any other offer.
    6. Transport, consumables, specialist products, and any other associated costs or products are excluded from the discount.
    7. To apply the discount code, it must be entered prior to completing the order online. Kennards Hire reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
    8. By utilising the promo code provided, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Kennards Hire reserves the right to revoke this offer at any time and for any reason.

    1. The Promotion is open to residents of Sydney, Australia aged 18 or over who work in the Trade or Construction Industry.

    2. Participants must register via the official Kennards Hire registration page before 11:59pm, Tuesday 1 September 2026.

    3. Participants can only register for the Promotion once.

    4. Each Worksite may only be nominated once for the Promotion. If multiple Participants nominate the same Worksite, Kennards Hire may treat the first valid nomination received as the relevant nomination and disregard any later nominations for that Worksite.

    5. Food, drinks and merchandise will be provided at the selected Worksites on 9 September 2026, or as otherwise amended by Kennards Hire. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    6. The winning Worksites will be chosen at the sole discretion of Kennards Hire.

    7. Four (4) Participants from different Worksites will be declared winners.

    8. The Promotion may be advertised or communicated through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or other channels, but is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any of those platforms.

    9. By registering for the Promotion, the Participant grants Kennards Hire a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photographs, videos and content captured during the Event for marketing, promotional and social media purposes without compensation.

      All Participants consent to being photographed and/or filmed. If a Participant does not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, they should notify a Kennards Hire staff member at the Event.

      The Participant confirms that they have authority to notify the other attendees at the Worksite of these obligations and will do so prior to the date of the Event.

    10. All Participants who register for the Promotion will receive a separate email containing a 20% promotion code to use with Kennards Hire online or in branch (“the Offer”).

      1. The Offer is not redeemable for cash or credit.

      2. The Offer is only available on Kennards Hire retail rates.

      3. The Offer cannot be used in combination with any other offer.

      4. The Offer can only be used once.

      5. The Offer cannot be used to discount prices on damage waiver, transport, consumables, specialist products or any other associated costs or products.

      6. The Offer is only available to customers based in Sydney, Australia.

      7. Redemption is only valid until Sunday, 25 October 2026.

    11. Kennards Hire is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion, except as required by law.

    12. Personal information collected will be used for the administration of this Promotion and handled in accordance with Kennards Hire’s Privacy Policy.

      By registering for the Promotion, the Participant agrees to be added to Kennards Hire marketing lists and may receive marketing communications, which can be unsubscribed from upon request.

    13. Kennards Hire reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion at any time.

    14. All decisions made by Kennards Hire relating to the Promotion, including the selection of participating Worksites, are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    15. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

      1. Event means the National Tradie Day worksite visit or promotional activation conducted by Kennards Hire at a selected Worksite as part of the Promotion, including the provision of food, drinks, merchandise and any related photography, filming or promotional activity.

      2. Participant means an eligible individual who registers for the Promotion.

      3. Worksite means a trade or construction worksite located in Sydney, Australia that is nominated by a Participant.

      4. Promotion means the National Tradie Day promotional campaign conducted by Kennards Hire in connection with National Tradie Day 2026, including the registration process, selection of participating Worksites, the Event and the Offer.

      5. Trade or Construction Industry means any industry, occupation or business involving building, construction, civil works, infrastructure, demolition, excavation, landscaping, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concreting, roofing, painting, mechanical, engineering or other trade-based work.

    Eligibility: The Kennards Hire New Subscriber Discount Code is available to individuals in Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older who have received the code directly in their new subscriber welcome email.

    1. The new subscriber discount code may be redeemed once only.
    2. The offer is valid online only.
    3. Under no circumstances is the discount code redeemable for cash or credit.
    4. The discount applies to Kennards Hire retail rates only.
    5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    6. Transport, consumables, specialist products, and any other associated costs or products are excluded from the discount.
